| 白色結(jié)晶、顆?；蚪Y(jié)晶性粉末。無(wú)臭或帶輕微丙酸氣味。作為食品添加劑一般使用一水鹽。對(duì)熱和光穩(wěn)定。有吸濕性。易溶于水（40%），不溶于醇、醚類，10%水溶液的PH值為7-10。 Calcium Propionate is a white powder or crystal, is odorless, or slightly smells propionic acid, and stable to heat and light. It is highly hydroscopic, soluble inwater (50g/100ml) and insoluble in ethanol and ether. Under the acidic condition, it generates free propionic cid which has antibiotic effect. | ||||
